EAT WILD SPRING WALK
Saturday, April 12th, 1-4:30pm
Chatham County, NC (near Pittsboro)
Special focus on the abundant wild edible greens and flowers of the season!
Celebrate spring as we ramble fields, ‘yardens’, and woods meeting new plant friends, learning sustainable foraging skills, and sampling wild treats. You’ll go home inspired to weave wild food and medicine into your family’s daily life with gratitude and reciprocity.
Group size limited and walks fill up! Handout and recipes included. Ages 12 and up. Participants need to be able to walk and stand on uneven surfaces for several hours. We will meet rain or shine (*extreme weather make up date 4/13). Sliding scale; please pay the most you are able. Scholarship support available.
